How we test every unit

Every iPhone we sell — new stock or trade-in — goes through the same six-stage process before it's ever listed.

Step 1Intake & diagnosticsEvery unit starts with a full visual inspection, an IMEI check against Apple's records, and confirmation that Activation Lock is clear.
Step 215-point function testButtons, speakers, mic, both cameras, Face ID or Touch ID, charging port, sensors, and touch response are each tested individually.
Step 3Battery health checkWe measure battery capacity directly. Anything under 85% health gets a 100% original replacement battery before it's listed.
Step 4Cosmetic gradingScreen and body condition are graded honestly, so what you see in the listing matches exactly what arrives at your door.
Step 5Data wipe & security checkMilitary-grade multi-pass erasure clears all previous data, and we re-confirm the device is fully unlocked before resale.
Step 6Final QA & sealOne last full test pass, a clean, and it ships sealed — backed by up to 12 months warranty and 30-day returns.
