  4. We will inspect and test the product upon receipt.
  5. After inspection, we will provide a quotation.
  6. Once you accept the quotation, payment will be sent directly to you.

Collection Options

In-Store Collection

Customers may bring their products to our location. An appointment is required before visiting.

Courier Collection

You may send your product using LBC, J&T, or another reliable courier service. We will provide further instructions after reviewing your submission.

Product Condition Guide

  • Overall condition: Like New 99%, Excellent 95%, Good 90%, Fair 80%, 70% or below
  • Screen condition: No damage, Minor scratches, Bright spots or aging, Cracked screen or liquid damage
  • Body condition: No damage, Minor dents, Severe deformation or paint loss
  • Functionality: Fully functional, Partially defective
  • Battery health: Normal, Low, Requires replacement
  • Repair history: Never opened or repaired, Officially repaired, Third-party repair, Water damage or major repair

Important Requirements

  • All Apple ID, Google account, activation locks, and other device locks must be removed.
  • Please back up your data and reset the device before sending it to us.
  • Provide accurate product information and clear photos.
  • Submitting an application means that you agree to be contacted within 3 days to arrange the collection process.
  • The final quotation depends on the product inspection and testing results.
